BOX n BURN
High intensity, fat burning class! The ultimate boxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and technique. A great 45 min workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Focusing on core strength and breathing with our Certified Pilates Instructors. Strong core means less back pain, better posture, improved flexibility and more energy. Pilates is a 60 min, full body workout suitable for all levels.
Pump n Shape
A high energy 60 min. class using barbells, dumbbells and body weight. Grab a step and a bar and see how hard you can go! Motivating instructors will have you developing lean muscle for a toned firm body and loving every minute of it. Warning: this class is addictive and popular so come in early to reserve your space.
Ride n Burn
Exactly as the name suggests!! Upping resistance levels and feeling the burn, this class pushes even experienced cyclists. This 50 min. class gets the blood pumping leaving attendees coming back for more. Numbers are limited and bookings are essential. *Extra costs apply.
Wake Up Call
Burn fat, increase fitness, gain strength and boost your energy. Start your day with this 45 min. total body workout. Wake Up Call keeps you motivated and your body challenged with high intensity classes which are never the same.
Yoga and Power Yoga
Synchronize breathing and movement, promote a strong flexible body and focus the mind. Regular practice of yoga will improve relaxation, physical strength, flexibility, breath control, balance muscle tone and loss of excess weight. Yoga is a safe sure way to increase health and well being, try this 60 min. class. POWER YOGA is a bit more advanced and will make you sweat a bit more too. You will feel alive after every class.
