Pilates Studio at Contours is open to both Men & Women. Private, semi private and group lessons are available using a range of Pilates equipment and Mat work.

CAROLYN PARKER

Carolyn has 14 years experience in the fitness industry. She has been an apprentice for one of the top STOTT PILATES studios in the USA. Carolyn is fully trained in the full Pilates method utilizing all equipment and mat-work. In June 2008 Carolyn moved her Pilates studio from Sumner into Contours. To be able to teach the STOTT PILATES method, Carolyn has worked for 7 years to study and train in all the different aspects of Pilates. She has worked with the best in the business and continues to educate herself with training each year.

Through continued education and training Carolyn uses her Pilates training to an advantage as she trains with the circus here in Christchurch on the tissue and balancing acts. She has found her Pilates background enhances her abilities as an athlete in whatever sport she enjoys whether it's biking, hiking, swimming, or Salsa dancing.
