"I found Fitness 15 easier than I thought it would be!! I'm a person who doesn't like lots ofdifferent types of food, so there wasn't a lot I had to cut out! My biggest hurdle was no potatoes or pasta after 3pm - everything else was a breeze. Drinking two litres of water a day was the next big hurdle, but I added lime juice and overcame that hurdle.
