"For me F15 was very successful. I managed to achieve my weight loss goal within the 6 weeks and lost more than I expected in both body measurements and body fat %. The programme is well structured and easy to follow. The comination of a weight loss programme and a gym seems a logical partnership- coupled with the fantastic support from the gym staff, I was very motivated to keep going to get to my goal.
The numbered chart on the wall recording everyone's progress was also motivating as knowing that others were working towards the same goal also kept me going. The two meetings were a wonderful opportunity for sharing the struggles as well as a chance to encourage each other along. I would recommend F15 to everyone trying to lose weight."
