Warm up on the way
Supersizing your workout begins before you even step foot in the gym. Instead of sitting in the traffic for fifteen minutes to get to the gym, get your gear on and take a brisk walk instead. Transport and a warm-up in one!

Body conscious
It is important to focus on your muscles and body movements when exercising. For example remember to really tighten your abs when doing sit ups – you want to feel the pull in your abdominal muscles, not your back. Try taking a Pilates class to become more aware of your body’s movements.

Mix it up
Mix up your workout to challenge your body and you’ll see better results. Once your body gets more efficient at carrying out a specific activity or routine, it will conserve more energy – you want it to do the opposite! Why not try a new class like Zumba or Fight Do? Stay Focused
Although it’s tempting to flick through a magazine while you’re sitting on the bike, try to stay focused. When you’re distracted it’s easy to slip into a more leisurely pace. Choose to up the intensity and give it your all for a shorter burst if necessary.
