Radical - "Push play and go"

Radical programs are adaptable to suit all levels of co-ordination and fitness, the great concept about Radical is that you really do push play and go! No standing around waiting for instructors to change cds, everything is developed and organised ready to go, allowing you, the member, the best workout that you can achieve as an individual.


 

Fight Do

Fight Do is not like any other martial arts to music program! This program allows a beginner to walk into a class and pick up simple moves designed into simple routines.

Fight Do consists of arm and leg movements executed into boxing and kicking routines. You can make the class as easy or as intense as you want. Each class can burn up to 800 calories.

 
 
 

Kimax

Kimax is simple so that you can work to your full capacity; you will burn calories fast, as well as strengthen and sculpt your body. By using the freestanding bag you will participate in various rounds of Boxing, Muay Thai, cardio and kickboxing. Each round has been structured to consider co-ordination and fitness levels.
Kimax can work on the principle of 2-4 people a bag, which gives you that ultimate feeling of adrenaline and excitement. Kimax is suitable for all levels of fitness.

 
 
 

Oxigeno

Develop flexibility, improve mobility, discover core strength.

Oxigeno will bring another dimension to your fitness regime. Oxigeno will help reduce your stress levels. Oxigeno will give you a sense of harmony and calm, enabling you to gain a better night’s sleep. During your Oxigeno experience you will notice how more flexible you become; your mobility will improve along with your core strength.

 
 
 

Powerfit

Powerfit is not like any other barbell class. Powerfit comes in two styles. Powerfit is the challenge you’ve been waiting for. Powerfit gets results.

Powerfit is a class that consists of a warm up and follows with 3 blocks of exercises, in between each block there is a cardio segment.

Each block works three muscle groups, each muscle group is worked three times, each time less repetitions are performed allowing you to increase weight on your bar. The class allows you to challenge yourself, therefore reaching a better sense of achievement. Powerfit will give you strength, endurance and definition.

 
 
 

Megadanz

Ever wanted to star in Broadway? Can you shimmy and shake? Do you love to Dance? Do you love to have fun? Then put on your baggy pants and get down to the Megadanz experience.

MEGADANZ® is a dance based program that has a warm-up, nine cardio dances and a relaxing stretch segment. There are different rhythms for each track (hip-hop, Latin, dance, funk, jazz and Arabian) each with different intensities determined by the pace of the music and energy of the movements.

The dance work is pre-musicalised. This means that the end dance and the methodology are preset. The choreography is developed with simple movements, in such a way that the repetitions made for learning the movements lead to the success of an amazing class.

Extreme 55 (X55)

Imagine a step and no co-ordination required! Imagine a set of dumbbells. Imagine great music. Imagine a great atmosphere. Imagine the change in your body!

Extreme 55 is extreme because it gets extreme results. Remember the old tummy hips and thighs? Well extreme 55 has taken those moves and jazzed them up to achieve better results. Extreme 55 uses the step as a platform with very simple moves to work the legs, you then include the hand weights to sculpt and define your arms.

During the 55 minutes you will burn the maximum amount of calories you can and give maximum tone to all the muscles in the body.
