We are so proud of our Group Fitness Timetable! It's unique, it's motivating, and it gets results!
- POWER - by Radical Fitness, gives you strength and tone in the form of an incredible pre-choreographed barbell class! Concentrating on each of the muscle groups, Power delivers an all over workout in an hour.
- BEAT BOXING - This is just as fun as it sounds! In this class you will apply boxing exercises to energetic and motivating music, to keep working out to the beat! It combines a great Cardio workout while giving you all over conditioning, and in only 45 minutes!
- BARRE FITNESS - This is a revolution taking the world by storm! Barre Fitness utilises the principles of the Barre in Ballet to tone and condition your body. You lengthen your muscles creating a strong supple body with excellent condition! Fun and challenging, Barre is our latest class at Contours Taupo.
- BOUNCEFIT This 30 min cardio rebounder class is literally 'in a class of its own'. Do you remember bouncing on those little tramps when you were a kid! Well dust em off! This is seriously one of the most fun classes in the world - burn calories!
- SPIN - Who doesn't love Spin! Be quick these classes full up fast! High energy, designed to burn calories at maximum level. Whether it's sprinting, racing or hill climbing - you are sure of a fantastic workout.
- KBC (Kick Butt Cardio) - another home grown class that incorporates a step box and high energy cardio! KBC is one of our lead classes and is a huge amount of fun!
- KBP (Kick Butt Power) - NEW! This class still has the original KBC flavor but is now combined with weight exercises! The class with cardio and power conditioning to get you toned as well!
- BREATHE This is your core class to find balance and strength from within. Strong slower movements designed to train the body for strength and balance.
- EXTREME CIRCUIT - Incredible half hour workout in two different formats! Suspension Training - and Circuit training. This format is designed for maximum benefit in a short half hour workout. The circuit includes equipment such as Bosu Balls, Speed Resistors, Suspension Training, Rebounders, Weights, Agility Ladders, Step boxes! Nothing like it around
- coreXpress - Half an hour of toning and strengthening dedicated to your core! This is the core class specifically designed for women.
